Applications:

In the harsh winter conditions of northern regions, car washing requires high steam pressure and ample steam output while keeping costs low. This means achieving high steam volume with low energy consumption, which can be realized by improving heat exchange efficiency. The new heat exchanger coil of the Chuang9 model was designed for this purpose. With just half the gas valve open, it can achieve the same effect as a fully open valve on comparable machines! After extensive research and feedback from customers over eight months, Chuangwang finalized the design of this gas-fired mobile steam cleaner specifically for car washing in cold northern regions, which was officially launched in August 2017.

4. Made with 2520 stainless steel, the coil is nearly 50 meters long, resistant to high temperatures and pressures, and safe from dry burning. It rejects the use of purple copper exchangers found in similar products.

5. Equipped with a direct dual ignition system, eliminating the need for a pilot flame, ensuring sensitive ignition, flame-out indication, and stable, rapid performance.

6. Entire machine features foolproof electrical control without circuit boards. Pressure, temperature, and water level are controllable, with automatic heating shutdown in case of low water or overheating, and overpressure shutdown when the trigger is released.

7. Four 12V 20AH Ultra or TianNeng batteries are built-in for extended operation time, offering longer and more stable power compared to two 12V 20AH generic batteries used by competitors.

8. Industrial-grade direct current plunger pump, rejecting diaphragm pumps, ensures stable performance and durability, with a full copper pump head and stepless pressure and flow regulation for continuous long-term operation.

9. The ninth-generation gas-fired mobile steam cleaner from Chuangwang is available in four styles (A, B, C, and D), compatible with carts, vans, bicycles, and tricycles to suit various working environments.
