Model Selection Q&A:

1. 3KW or 4KW?

   • If you are primarily cleaning range hoods, we recommend the 4KW model.

   • If you are cleaning sofas and need to use it in combination with a vacuum cleaner, we suggest the lower-powered 3KW model.

2. Cart-style or Portable?

   • The portable model was newly designed in 2016 at the request of customers. It is small and lightweight (12 kg) and requires an external water tank for refilling.

   • The cart-style model, designed in 2014, is larger and heavier (over 20 kg) with a built-in water tank that can be manually refilled or connected to a water supply for automatic refilling.

   • For short-duration, fixed-location tasks such as cleaning range hoods, the portable model is recommended for its convenience in moving up and down stairs.

   • For extended use and mobile cleaning tasks, such as cleaning sofas, carpets, or large areas in villas, the cart-style model is more suitable due to its built-in water tank and ease of movement on the ground.
